• If the full payment for the balance is not received within 15 days after we send you the payment request(via email), the order will be canceled without a refund

• Arrival dates are subject to change based on Hot Toys official fulfillment schedules; Items may arrive early or late in the scheduled shipping date. 

• After the Hot Toys official release the item and we receive full payment. We will deliver your order within 1-3 working days. Every item will be properly packed with appropriate safeguards.
