Packing and Handling Time

  • Every item will be properly packed with appropriate safeguards. We will handle and ship your order within 1-3 working days upon receipt of full payment.

  • ”Working days” does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Hong Kong.

Tracking

  • For your orders, we provide tracking numbers once the orders are shipped. Kindly check the status of your shipments on our website or on the UPS website.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Usually, it takes 1-3 working days, by end of day. (UPS Worldwide Express Saver®)
  • Seasonal considerations, inclement weather, and customs processing could all contribute to delays.

  • We cannot offer any compensation for delays.

Shipping Region

  • Worldwide shipping is available except to Russia, Ukraine, and China.

  • We ship from Hong Kong

  • PO Box is not accepted.

  • Please enter the correct address when placing your order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, we will not be liable for any compensation.

Import Duties / Tariffs

  • Sometimes, you may be required to pay import duties. Customers are responsible for import duties and customs fees. Our prices do not include tariffs or import duties. When the package arrives in the destination country, your local customs or UPS will contact the recipient via phone or email to collect the duties. Any import tariffs or customs fees imposed by customs officials at the postal depot are not our responsibility and are beyond our control. For more information, please visit the websites of your local post office or customs.

  • Automatically mark down the value to significantly reduce Import Duties / Tariffs, which may even help avoid fees altogether.

  • If customers refuse to pay the tariffs, we will return the packages without compensation.

Lost & Stolen

  • Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for tracking status. Unfortunately we do not have additional information once your order has shipped. Toys Assemble is not responsible for stolen packages or any lost items that tracking status as “Delivered”. We are also not responsible for errors made by the local post office or shipping carrier.

Refund & Return

  • Before your order is shipped, you can get in touch with us to cancel it as soon as possible. Please note that PayPal, Stripe, and other credit card companies do not reimburse sellers for processing fees associated with canceled orders, therefore if you need to cancel, we will charge you 10% of the total for handling fees.

  • Full Refund if we fail to ship.

  • Once the item has shipped, returns / refund are typically not allowed unless there are special circumstances or an emergency.

  • Please record an unboxing video of the unopened packaging which the brown shipper box we packed, including the shipping label. The video must be started with the sealed brown shipper box of our shipping label, in one shot. The video must be in high definition and clearly show the shipping label. If there has any issue with the product, please provide the video to us; otherwise, we reserve the right not to process your complaint.

  • Generally, we will do our best to assist customers in finding a solution.

Repair / Maintenance

  • Please send us clear, high-resolution JPG images & videos showing the problem or damaged areas within 3 days of receiving your item. We will pass the information provided by the customer to Hot Toys / INART official for evaluation, in order to further assist the customer. Otherwise, we will not process your issue.

  • Hot Toys’ policy requires that customers return the defective product for replacement or repair; they do not send a new product, body directly to customers.

  • If the figure needs to be sent back to Hot Toys for repairs / replace, we generally do not cover the shipping costs.

  • Hot Toys' warranty is valid for 14 days after receipt. Additionally, For any product released over a period of time, Hot Toys & we are unable to send replacement items and non-refundable. In this case, if your item has a manufacturing defect or damage, please provide high-resolution photos or videos. We offer different solutions depending on the situation.

  • Old items may have quality issues, such as oxidation over time. Please note Potential leather / pleather issues that may arise even if it's still sealed and unopened. If this situation occurs, it is non-refundable. Please consider carefully before purchasing. (However, we can assure that we sourced all products sourced directly from the official Hot Toys store and it has been stored properly; it is sealed and brand new.)



  • If the returned package is lost or damaged during shipping, we
    will not be responsible for it.

  • After you return the package, please provide us with the tracking number.

  • Both the points calculation system and the cash voucher redemption price will be calculated in HKD.
  • 💰Spend 100 HKD to earn 1 HKD in rewards, with a maximum coupon of 1000 HKD ($130 USD)

  • Only first 200 customers who make a purchase each month can earn points.

  • Shipping costs are excluded from points calculation; only the item amount counts.

Pre-owned Items

  • Pre-owned items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
