- If Hot Toys releases in batches, we will ship according to the order sequence.
- If Hot Toys fully releases, we can ship all preorders at once, regardless of first, second, or later batches.

• Shipping costs will be collected when the product releases. 

• If you only pay the deposit, the balance and shipping costs will be collected from you when Hot Toys officially releases the product. The product will be shipped out only after all payments are received.

• If the full payment for the balance is not received within 10 days after we send you the payment request(via email), the order will be canceled without a refund

• Arrival dates are subject to change based on Hot Toys official fulfillment schedules; Items may arrive early or late in the scheduled shipping date. 

• After the Hot Toys official release the item and we receive full payment. We will deliver your order within 1-3 working days. Every item will be properly packed with appropriate safeguards.
