❓When will Hot Toys release the second or later batches❓

  • We can't provide a specific date, as release times depend on Hot Toys. From our experience, second or later batches can take a few days to 1-2 weeks, or even 1-3 months.


❓What does 1st, 2nd, 3rd day order mean?❓

Regarding The 1st, 2nd, 3rd day order, it refers to the preorder time direct from the Hot Toys store. Hot Toys releases items based on the preorder time. Therefore, if the product is released in batches, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd order will be used to determine whether your order can be shipped according to Hot Toys' actual release schedule. If hot toys fully release the products, no matter 1st, 2nd, 3rd, later batch order. All can shipped in once within 1-3 working days after received the full payment.

❓Why do we see both in-stock and preorder items for the same product at different prices after the official release❓

  • This is because Hot Toys releases items in batches and at specific hours. In-stock products are typically priority orders (1st-day first few hours order), which have a higher cost. Preorder items in this situation belong to later orders, even those from the second or third day. Additionally, the timing for the next batch release from Hot Toys is uncertain, which is why in-stock items are priced higher.

❓Why haven't you shipped my preorder for the second batch when you have in-stock products available❓

  • When Hot Toys releases items in batches, this situation can occur. The in-stock products you see belong to the first batch (first-day orders). We fulfill all first batch preorder customer orders first, and any remaining first-day orders are then sold as in-stock. When Hot Toys releases the second batch (third-day orders), we will ship according to the order sequence.

❓Do we really have the stock❓

  • We update our website based on the actual quantity of stock we have available for preorders. Therefore, we can guarantee that we will be able to ship your preorder 100%. If we are ultimately unable to ship it, we will provide a full refund.

Extreme Case

  • From the image, released items are only available for orders placed before 18:00 on March 28, 2024 (First-day First 4 hours order).

  • In this case, it means Hot Toys only releases a limited quantity, and we can only fulfill first-day, first-4 hours orders.

  • Orders placed after the 18:00 on March 28, 2024 must wait for Hot Toys to release the next batch before we can ship them. Shipping times are based on when Hot Toys officially releases the next batch.

  • According to our preorder definition, if the next Hot Toys release includes orders placed only on the first day, it will still be considered the first batch. Please note that orders from the third day (March 30, 2024) will be classified as the second batch.



In this situation, Even if you purchased the first batch of the JACK SPARROW Artisan from our website, due to Hot Toys' release being available only for orders placed before 18:00 on March 28, 2024 (First-day First 4 hours orders), the limited supply means we are currently unable to fulfill all first batch orders. We will ship according to the order sequence, and as Hot Toys releases more batches, we will continue to fulfill orders from the first batch in the order they were placed for customers who ordered later.

❓Why I Preordered the first batch but temporarily unable to ship the order❓

  • This image is of the DX39AE Jack Sparrow preorder purchased from Hot Toys Official in Hong Kong. You can note the time in the top right/left corner of the image, which is after 18:00 on March 28, 2024.

  • Therefore, it is still not available. However, since it is an order placed on March 28 (the first day of orders), it still qualifies as part of the FIRST BATCH according to our definition.

This is a second batch order (third day order)

  • The time in the top right/left corner is March 30, 2024 (3rd-day order). Therefore, it belongs to the Second Batch.

  • Hot Toys still has the opportunity to release orders from the Third-Day in batches / Specific hours. If this occurs, we will update the customers who preordered Second Batch and ship according to the order sequence.

⚠️Preorder Cancellation⚠️

  • Customers may cancel their preorder.
  • A 30% deposit is non-refundable.
  • If a full payment has been made, the preorder can still be canceled, but the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Once the item is officially released, we will send you the balance invoice. If the full payment for the balance is not received within 10 days after we send you the payment request(via email), the order will be canceled without a refund.
